Last week, President Trump and the Office of Management and Budget released an Executive Order that includes a long list of concepts that are now disallowed in anti-racism and anti-sexism training. Any training that contributes to an individual "feel(ing) discomfort, guilt, anguish, or any other form of psychological distress on account of his or her race or sex", is one of the restrictions. Whether a novice or advanced Health Equity Warrior, we know that unpacking race is uncomfortable. We also know that without discomfort, there is no growth.
